Now a lot of customers threaten to write angry letters to the corporate office, but most of them don’t follow through on this. The people I know that do follow through and actually write the letters do seem to get results, but this comic isn’t about them. This is about the customers who feel they have to threaten the customer service personnel up front to get anything. Why must they go so negative from the start? Don’t they know that they will typically get better results if they are nice and likeable?
